Agreement

By inviting Animenetic to your discord server you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. You also acknowledge that you have the privilege to use the bot freely on any Mutual Discord Server. You must follow the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy  and Community Guidelines of Discord Inc. 

The Bot may collect specific data as described in its Policy. The intended usage of this data is for core functionalities of the bot such as posting data through webhooks on a schedule basis. You must not distribute (commercially) or monetize the data provided by Bot in any form.

Affiliation

The Bot is not affiliated with Discord Inc. in any form. We are only using Discord as a platform for our bot and using their APIs to achieve that. 

Liability

The Developer (Owner) of the bot may not be liable for users breaking these Terms at any given time. This bot should not be misused by anyone agreeing to terms.  You may opt out of these terms by Removing the bot from any Server you have the rights for. 

Children

 People under the age of 13 are not allowed to use our service in any form.

Usage of Data

The Bot may use stored data, as defined below, for different features including but not limited to: Command Menus, Leaderboard and Webhooks. No sharing of data occurs with third parties.

Stored Information

The Bot may store the following information :-

• Server ID

• User ID

• Channel ID

• Webhook ID

• Webhook Token

Removal of Data

You may request removal of data through our contact information. Or you may use commands to remove information such as webhook IDs and Tokens.

Children

 People under the age of 13 are not allowed to use our service in any form.
